Originally trained as an Environmental Chemist, she has a unique 30+ year background, with over 20 years at Shell Petroleum, from where she retired as the Change, Planning and OE/OD Manager for the regional Shell Africa. Her experience in Communications, External Relations (PR Diploma), Organizational Effectiveness /Development, Change Management, Facilitation, Talent Development and Professional Coaching provides her clients with unique advantages. An alumni of INSEAD and IMD, her extensive experience is fully utilized in the areas of:

Executive and Leadership coaching, as an ICF (International Coach Federation) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Coach at the Breakfast Club Africa, a Pan African organization for CEOs. She also a certified Breakthrough Coach, one of the only 105 in the world, Certified Team Coach and also a CoachHub (Digital) Coach 

Design & Facilitation of HRD programs and Learning solutions in “soft skills” tailored to clients’ needs, as an ATD Certified Trainer. She is also a Senior Training Expert, at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management
